Food safety

In the field of ​​food safety development, a major step was made in 2004 when the HACCP certification system was introduced. In 2007, certification of ISO 22000:2005 food safety management standard was introduced, and expanded in 2014 to the ISO 14001 environmental management standard system, as well as the OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management standard system (later ISO 45001:2018).

The development continued in 2016 with the certification of the ISO 9001 quality management system and IFS food safety standard. In addition to these standards, our company has certified and applied the standards "Kosher", "Halal" and SEDEX/SMETA.

Within the company, the laboratory performs physical-chemical, toxicological and microbiological analyses.
The number of analyses annually reaches up to 3,000 different aspects.
